The stylish and modern holiday apartments "Zimmermanns 1 and 2" are located in the Mützenich district of Monschau. They are on the upper floor including the attic of the house and each apartment has 60 m² of space for up to 4 people. The cozy living rooms are equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, TV and radio. The dining area and kitchen are in the same room. The bathrooms on this floor have a shower, bathtub and toilet. The bedrooms with a double bed and satellite TV are on the attic floor. The closets in the hallway offer enough storage space for your luggage. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the meadows and the town. The outdoor sauna is available to all house guests free of charge. A parking space is available. Bicycles can be parked in the existing carport and there is the option of charging e-bikes. A combination with the holiday apartment "Zimmermanns 3" in the same house is possible - then up to 14 people can stay overnight. Our cozy Holiday Home is located in the quaint town of Kordel, right at the entrance to the Eifel Mountain Range and connected via train to Trier.Nestled within the oldest part of town, the building was recently renovated to comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 people.On the ground floor is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine, a dining room with a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. If required, you can park your bicycles in the spacious hallway. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack.The two bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a chest drawer. In the second bedroom, you will find a long double bed, a wardrobe, and a partially open full bathroom with a shower.The 3rd-floor loft has a pitched ceiling, a sofa that can be converted into a bed, as well as an additional long single bed.There is one private parking space behind the house and additional free parking in the neighborhood. Behind the house, you also have the option of ending your summer evenings outside with a glass of Moselle wine.There is a local grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a pharmacy within 100ft.

The "Pützbachtal" holiday apartment is located in a quiet yet central area of the Pützborn district in Daun. A REWE supermarket with a bakery is within a 5-minute walk. The city center of Daun is 1.5 km away, and the Wildpark Daun is about 1 km away. The Dauner Maaren are just 3 km away. The apartment is situated right on the Kosmos cycling path and is connected to the hiking trail network of the Eifel – ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The newly renovated holiday apartment covers an area of 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 195 cm) and TV (with Amazon Fire TV Stick), as well as a bedroom with a double bed.
