During the conversion of the former cowshed and hayloft in 2020 / 21, the large room on the 1st floor was largely preserved, as were the old roof posts. An easily accessible staircase leads to the cloakroom and from there to the reading area with relaxing armchair and the living room with a fascinating view over the countryside and at night to the starry sky. The fully equipped modern kitchen will make your heart beat faster - you will hardly miss anything that is necessary to prepare a good meal. You can then enjoy your meal at the beech wood table on comfortable chairs. The two standard-sized double bedrooms with adjustable slatted frames and raised access ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower cubicle and rain shower and beech wood washbasin is separate from the WC. The enchanted garden with sunbathing lawn, terrace under ancient trees and the whirlpool invites you to relax and enjoy the panoramic view from the barbecue house, even when the weather is not so good. A sunny seating area in the courtyard and a play garage with all kinds of activities for the children complete our offer - we look forward to seeing you.

Lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment in the center of Daun - Steinborn. The apartment is located directly on hiking trails / "Eifelsteig" in the immediate vicinity of the spa town of Daun and the Eifel maars. You can reach the Maare-Mosel cycle path via side roads in 7 km. The apartment has a nice living room with flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area / sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a box spring double bed, as well as a closet / sideboard with plenty of storage space. The new fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, high oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a dining table with four chairs. From the kitchen area you have access to the cozy conservatory, as well as the terrace, sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities. The disabled-friendly bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and 2 washbasins. The entire apartment has free W-LAN. There is a storage facility for bicycles / motorcycles in the garage. As our guests, you can also hire an e-bike for men and/or women from us (just ask us on arrival). The rental fee for the bikes is € 15 per bike per day. A large Rewe supermarket with bakery and fresh meat counter is 3 km away. 200 meters from the vacation apartment you can enjoy the Eifel cuisine in the restaurant Landgasthaus Beim Brauer.
