The Eifelheim is a modern, healthy and environmentally friendly holiday home and offers space for four people. The split-level house (built in 2022) stands on the southern slope of a quiet side street in the village and offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the forest opposite. The more than 1,000 square meter natural garden invites you to linger. The accommodation The simple, functional design and clear lines ensure that you can switch off and relax as best as possible. The selection of ecological building materials ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The cozy and well-thought-out kitchen with a large induction hob, fridge-freezer combination and above-average equipment invites you to cook together. A small selection of spices, as well as vinegar and oil are provided. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, plenty of firewood, lighters and a smart TV with HD Plus. The soundbar can be paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth. A collection of games, books and magazines is also available. Another special feature of the house are the two separate bathrooms with rain shower, large sink, spacious mirror cabinet and toilet. Each bathroom also has its own hairdryer. There are two barbecue options available outside: an electric grill on the balcony and a fire bowl with grill grate on the terrace. About the wellness area: The wellness level is one of the six areas of the natural hillside garden. A wood-fired hot tub (not a whirlpool) and the spacious sauna house with outdoor shower await you here. The sauna temperature can be adjusted from 40-110 degrees.
