With the menu, we aim to meet the expectations
of a classic Rhineland cuisine while also taking you on a “fine culinary journey by Jan Frederic.”

As a trained chef, he has gained 15 years of experience in upscale and trendy
restaurants. Collaborating with renowned culinary figures has continually inspired him with new ideas.
He is now excited to share his culinary creativity focused on quality, regionality
and sustainability through traditional and international dishes in
our menu.
