Since 2001, the Steinrausch team has been practicing organic farming on a goat farm in the Eifel according to Bioland principles. Our goats transform the tasty Eifel herbs into milk, from which we create a wide variety of Steinrausch goat cheese in our own farm cheese dairy using traditional craftsmanship.
