Peischen Haus

Our house is in a secluded location on the outskirts of the municipality of Kalenborn-Scheuern in the beautiful Vulkaneifel, between Gerolstein with the Kasselburg / zoo and the crime town of Hillesheim.

The comfortably furnished house has approx. 100 m² of living space and is surrounded by a large natural garden, which offers the opportunity to relax and unwind. It offers optimal play opportunities for a family with children. The house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower room, living/dining room. The wide view of the valley provides a first insight into the diverse possibilities of hikes that can be started from the house. For example to the Mühlsteinhöhle in Roth and the Georundweg in Duppach. C

yclists will also get their money's worth. Provision is made for the wheels to be stored. You can easily reach the Dauner Maare in about 20 minutes by car. A unique natural experience. There are a variety of options for small and large hikes. If you like it fast, you can drive to the Nürburgring, approx. 30 km away. The Eifel towns of Hillesheim and Gerolstein are both 6 km from the house. You will also find many shopping opportunities there.

Assuring a stress-free arrival, are the already made beds waiting for you to relax in, as well as the towels, robes and slippers, making you feel at home.This apartments close proximity to hiking- and cycling trails, for example the Eifelsteig, Moselradweg, Kylltalradweg or a part of the jakobuspath, make this apartment a perfect fit for everyone seeking adventures during their vacation.Another advantage is its closeness to Germany´s oldest city, Trier, and also the neighbouring Luxemburg, enabling you to make a lot of nice daytrips, without any struggles. To be able to enjoy you vacation to the fullest, you are welcome to enjoy a nice glass of local wine on our beautiful terrace, bringing the days to a lovely end. After an active day, you can indulge in regional specialties at the Landgasthaus Pfahl or the Kastenholz restaurant. The area is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, and those seeking tranquility. In Wershofen itself, you will find circular trails described by the community and the Forest Rescuer Trail. The Eifel loops, Eifel tracks, Ahrsteig, and Red Wine Hiking Trail can be explored in close proximity. The Ahr cycle path for extensive cycling tours into the Ahr Valley is also quickly accessible. The Freillinger Lake can be reached in about 7 km. In addition to outdoor activities, motorsport fans can enjoy themselves at the Nürburgring. The City Outlet Bad Münstereifel, located 15 km away, invites for shopping. Thus, Wershofen offers a perfect blend of nature experiences and relaxation.

Als een Nationaal Park gastheer, heten we u welkom in ons huis. De kamers stralen pure gezelligheid uit en nodigen u direct uit om van uw vakantie te genieten. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van boxspringbedden, gelijkvloerse douche en WC, haardroger, hand- en badlaken. Verder bieden de kamers een flatscreen-tv, W-LAN, een waterkoker en een balkon. Als gast in ons huis bieden wij u de GästeCard aan, waarmee u gratis met bus en trein kunt reizen van het VRS Rhein Sieg vervoersnet, bijv. vanuit Bonn of Keulen, evenals het AVV vervoersnet van Aken. U kunt tijdens uw verblijf ook gratis reizen met de geldige vervoersverenigingen en zo uw dagtochten met bus en trein plannen. Als u vroeg boekt, ontvangt u de kaart vóór uw verblijf, zodat u deze kunt gebruiken voor uw reis in de VRS en AVV, bijv. op de lokale treinen van Deutsche Bahn vanuit Keulen.
