You can charge your electric car for free in the spacious courtyard with plenty of parking spaces. 1 bedroom (bed 160), 1 single bed (80) and a comfortable sofa bed.The bakery offers space for up to four people. In the large entrance area is the huge old oven, which has supplied many parties with pizza and bread. The rooms are very well equipped, a beautiful 40 year old country house kitchen with oak worktops.Very large hob, large fridge with freezer.And an oak dining table with space for 6 people.There is also direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated, with ancient stone troughs for washing, standing on ancient oak planks.With a shower and bathtub, you can really feel at home here.A narrow staircase leads upstairs, where your gaze wanders directly back to the massive quarry stone fireplace of the oven.Here you will also find a single bed and a small workstation.Up here you will also find the small but beautiful bedroom, with a tiny walk-in closet and dressing table.At the other end is the living room with a large TV, a sofa bed and a view of the terrace. You own the entire detached bakery, including the terrace with garden furniture, sauna and plenty of parking spaces. Your check-in is completely contactless, but if you wish I can be available as I live directly opposite.Not suitable for small children or people who are less mobile, as the upper floor is only accessible via a small STAIRWAY.

The Schalkenmehrener, Gemündener and Pulvermaar each have a swimming pool with boat hire. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling tours, nature observation or children's adventures. Outside, a large furnished terrace with a view of the Eifelsteig and adjacent garden with sunbathing lawn invites you to barbecue, relax, have a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. You can use the parking area directly in front of the house free of charge. On request, a garage for bicycles or motorbikes can be provided for an extra charge. From April 2020, 2 additional beds (then a total of 7 beds) can be provided on request in combination with an additional bathroom. Dogs are very welcome. This is a true paradise for dogs. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, directly next to meadows and forests and numerous walking paths. Whoever feels like jogging or walking will find ideal conditions here. Our wooden house offers a pleasant living climate due to the high ceilings and breathable building materials. Large windows allow a view of the surrounding nature. Our photovoltaic system enables us to use self-produced electricity. A flat roof with plants and a cistern store rainwater. Thanks to a wall box installed at the house, your electric vehicle can be charged quickly. There is free parking on the property, bicycles can be parked in a locked room. Our large, natural plot offers habitat for the local flora and fauna.Our apartment with a total area of 60 sqm is on the 1st floor of our wooden house and can unfortunately only be reached via stairs, so it is not barrier-free. It is divided into a hallway, bedroom, a livingroom including a kitchen with dishwasher, panoramic room and bathroom. The infrared heat cabin can be used for a fee. From the eat-in kitchen you can reach a large balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment is designed for 2 people, but the sofa in the livingroom can be converted and used as a bed for a maximum of 2 people.
