Stylish and exclusive vacation apartments with lake views in Schalkenmehren

The "Maarberg Resort" apartment complex has been completely renovated and refurbished.
It is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Schalkenmehren by the lake. A quiet hillside location on the edge of the forest.
It is only about 400 m to the lake and the village center.

There are 9 different vacation apartments for 1 to 6 people:
Studios, apartments with 1 separate bedroom and apartments with 2 separate bedrooms
Each apartment is stylish, individual, bright, friendly and modern.

Special emphasis was placed on the exclusive furnishing of the bathrooms and kitchens.
There are whirlpools, steam showers, TV in the bathrooms, LED floor lighting etc.
All kitchens have dishwashers. Large HD TVs, WIFI etc.

There are good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities in the village. In the district town of Daun, 5 km away, you will also find many shopping facilities and supermarkets.

From some apartments in the Maarberg Resort you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Each apartment has WIFI / Wlan internet access.

In the house: reception hall with reception, seating and games (available for use).
A new, modern sauna and jacuzzi (free of charge) can be found in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the sauna on your own (lockable). There is also a room in the basement with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the reception hall you will find hiking maps and postcards as well as free information material on the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region.
There is also a drinks fridge in the reception hall with drinks to take away on a trust basis. The outdoor area will delight you!

A wonderful and elaborately designed ornamental pond with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls and a stream is part of the complex.
Sit comfortably with a coffee or a cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish. Or look out over the lake in the valley.

There are also plenty of parking spaces and a bicycle storage area outside. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is located behind the house.

    The quietly located former farmhouse has been completely renovated and offers 80 m² of space for 7 to 9 people. The house is available to you alone and can be heated with central heating. In the middle of the green you have a wonderful view over the Ourtal with a view of Luxembourg. Spend a vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The dreamy oath of praise is far away from any thoroughfare and offers rural romance in the middle of the German-Luxembourg nature park. Here your children can romp around to their hearts' content and boredom becomes a foreign word. Discover your favorite place! A large lawn for sunbathing, the barbecue area for hearty barbecues and lots and lots of space for the children to play with swings, a sandpit and a tree house.

    Welcome to Maijeschhof! Idyllically located at the foot of the Kasselburg, in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, the Maijeschhof, built in 1807, combines rural life in the old village center of Pelm with the walking distance to the town of Gerolstein. Our lovingly renovated, former farmhouse offers you ample space and numerous opportunities for a relaxing vacation. In the historic barn, there are three charming vacation apartments that blend modern comfort with rustic flair. Our common room provides a cozy meeting spot in front of the stove – ideal for cooking together, enjoying coffee, or even for meetings and seminars. In the warm months, the sun terrace, garden, and barbecue area invite you to relax. For the adventurous, there is even the option to camp on our meadow. Owner Ellen Petry spent happy childhood days here, bought the farm in 2021, and now lives in the old farmhouse. She welcomes you personally and is available to assist you with advice and support.

    We rent out the cozy Eifel vacation apartment "Schöne Aussicht". The apartment is located in the attic on 2 levels. It has 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90 x 200, a crib, a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and an eat-in kitchen with pantry kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is modern and brightly furnished. On our large fruit meadow, where you can also have a snack, there is a soccer goal, a trampoline, a seesaw, a sandpit and a table with 6 chairs. A three-legged charcoal barbecue invites you to a cozy barbecue evening. There are ducks, chickens and dogs in our garden. There are two donkeys and ponies in the neighboring meadows.

    Our holiday flat is located in Illerich. The village has 790 inhabitants and is situated on the Moselhöhe about 9 km from Cochem. We have a village shop with a wide range of goods and daily fresh bread rolls. It is an ideal starting point for walks, bicycle tours in the near and far surroundings e.g. Mosel, Vulkaneifel, the Maare, Koblenz and Trier, the Nürburgring the legendary racing centre.

With around 300 inhabitants, Bleckhausen is an idyllic, small village in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel. This guarantees a quiet environment and roads with little traffic. Already in the morning at breakfast you have a unique and beautiful view over the Volcanic Eifel from your roof terrace or from the breakfast place at the barbecue.Extensive, hour-long walks can be undertaken directly from the house, where you can change again and again between forests, fields and meadows.
