M&R Ferienhaus

The house (75 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. The two bedrooms with double beds are non-smoking rooms. The living room is equipped with TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and pull-out bed in the sofa set. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers space for 6 people. There is a parking space in the inner courtyard. The garden can be used by guests. The entire property is fenced and there are sun loungers in the garden. The vacation home is child-friendly. A travel cot for small children can be provided on request. A high chair is not available.
In the utility room you will find another toilet, washing machine and dryer, in the courtyard two terraces with barbecue area and garden furniture.

Important additional information: The upper bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom.

The house is also rented to guests with pets, so there may be some animal hair.

    In one of the most beautiful places in the volcanic Eifel, surrounded by the geologically special landscape of the Daun Maars, lies our holiday home "Schöner Maarblick" in a green hillside location, with a fantastic view of the Schalkenmehren Maar. With a view of the Maar, you can enjoy breakfast and the morning on the east terrace, the south terrace offers sun until the evening hours. A fireplace with firewood belongs to the Maarblick terrace. Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers are available in the spacious garden, where there is also a spacious barbecue area. In both bedrooms you lie in high-quality double box-spring beds, the shower room has towels, hairdryer and make-up mirror, the kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room and living room are flooded with light and lovingly furnished, you can also enjoy the view of the Maar from the living room.
