Experience an unforgettable stay in the charming 100sqm apartment, which is accessible via an outside staircase. The house is situated on a slope, the apartment 2 is located on the lower and middle floor of the house. The apartment offers space for 6 people. On entering the apartment, you enter the hallway (incl. checkroom), which leads directly into the spacious kitchen with dining area. The dining table seats 6 people and, if required, a child in a high chair (available on request). The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob, an oven and a filter coffee machine. The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative tiled stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the greenery. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and offer a wonderful view of the countryside. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower, a bathtub and a built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a spacious washbasin and toilet. The terrace is directly accessible via the front door and has a large parasol and a glass table with 6 seats. From here you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect place for balmy summer evenings! From the upper hallway, you can access the spacious balcony, which is furnished with a small table and two seats. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and the view. These are equipped with a lot of comfort, coziness and a pleasant ambience. The bathrooms are a real eye-catcher. Be it the music that plays when the light is switched on, the whirlpool bath or the children's toilet with children's washbasin. You are also welcome to use our sauna.

Our new guesthouse located in an historic schoolhouse built in 1912 in Bitburg - Mötsch offers different types of lodging according to your needs - Small and large apartments, studios, suites and rooms. We offer accomodations for individual travelers, couples, families or groups. Located in the quiet township of Mötsch just 1,5 miles from Bitburg' s city center with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, stores and supermarkets, our guesthouse borders directly with the open landscape and hike and bike tracks. Our neighbours are the local soccer field and the horse riding club. The sporting club's home is located in the building and looking forward to meet you for a beer or two. Alte Schule guesthouse is work in progress. The principal's rooms apartment is already bookable now. In early 2020 more lodging possibilites will follow.
