A holiday apartment with a feel-good guarantee, a lot of charm and everything you need to spend a nice holiday in the Eifel. The apartment is approx. 70 square meters, has its own entrance, is barrier-free and is located in a rural and quiet location. Through large windows it is very bright and flooded with light.

It has a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The living room is furnished with a leather couch, height-adjustable coffee table, television and carefree internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and toaster.

In the bedroom there is a box spring bed 2ma 2 meters tall.

The bathroom has a barrier-free, walk-in shower with shower seat, sink, toilet and a hair dryer.

From the living room you enter a beautiful large terrace. It is fully furnished with a table, chairs, raised lounger, parasol and an electric grill.

A garage parking space is available on request. Storage space for bicycles and motorbikes is available.
