Our three premium vacation apartments, designed and furnished in a modern country house style, are located in a historic building completely renovated in 2016 in the center of Welling, in the immediate vicinity of the church. Welling is a central starting point for hiking and cycling tours along the Rhine and Moselle, Eifel and Hunsrück. The 26 romantic premium hiking trails within a radius of 0.5 to approx. 20 km around Welling invite you to hike and dream. The Nettetal nature reserve borders on our doorstep, with direct access to the feeder trail to the Nette Slate Dream Trail. The hiking trail leads directly along the cozy Nette. The Laacher See lake with the Maria Laach monastery, the volcano park above and below ground, the many romantic castles including Bürresheim Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Eltz Castle, Thurant Castle, Genovefaburg Castle in the town of Mayen with the castle festival in summer and many, many more attractions offer the opportunity for a varied leisure program for leisure, sport and culture to suit every taste.

As a result, we can now offer you a vacation home with amenities that meet our own expectations.In our detached vacation home you will find three modern bedrooms for up to 6 people, a contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, a friendly living room with flat screen TV, DVD video and stereo CD, a modern bathroom with shower / WC and a completely redesigned separate guest WC on a spacious 95 square meters. All the rooms in the house have been designed to look harmonious and a few decorative splashes of color have been added for you.We therefore cordially invite you to spend the most beautiful days of the year with us. With us you will find peace and relaxation, a house all to yourself and a large garden where you can relax undisturbed.Enjoy the location of the house directly below the Meuchelberg with a wide view over the Rur valley and only a few steps away from the forest.Nevertheless, you will find everything you need for your stay in Heimbach and the Eifel National Park in the immediate vicinity of the house: supermarket, bakery and newsagent are within easy reach.The location of the house is ideal for hikers and nature seekers, but water lovers can also enjoy themselves in the easily accessible Heimbach outdoor pool during the summer months.

    Our small hotel / inn is located in the beautiful Mützenich at 610 meters altitude. The air and the view are unique and invites you to relax. The popular town of Monschau is about 4.5 km from our house. The premium hiking trail Eifelsteig, from Aachen to Trier, passes our inn in 300 m distance. The new Ravelroute (Vennbahntrasse) is about 2,5 km away from our house. Especially for cyclists we have a new garage, which can be used free of charge on request. For our guests arriving by car there is a large parking lot available free of charge. Four-legged friends are also welcome on request. We offer free WLAN in the entire house and in addition to many other, small attentions on our well-equipped rooms, we can still shine with a highly frequented and very good á la carte restaurant. A home-style/ Mediterranean cuisine, rounded off by constantly changing daily specials make many guests very happy. The Venngasthof Zur Buche is now one of the best restaurants in the northern Eifel. We look forward to your booking and assure you already now our fullest attention.

    Our flat roof bungalow, Bauhaus style, is situated in a quiet blind-alley next to the forest. Through the beautiful hillside , the view may freely wander over the wooded green valley across to the old town and the castle. The upper floor we inhabit; there are our offices. The lower floors exclusively for our holiday guests.We rent two completely separated apartments, can be booked individually or also together.

    We offer you hands-on farming. Who does agriculture serve? - How does the grain of wheat get into the ground? - What do the animals eat? - Where does the straw come from? - How does grass become hay? - How is a calf born? Where do chickens lay their eggs? What will it be like when I get to ride on the tractor with the farmer? - How do you clean a horse? - We will show you all these things and much, much more on our farm. Get to know life on our farm. A life that is dependent on wind and weather - sun and rain - a life "in and with nature"! On our family-friendly farm in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village you will find species-appropriate animal husbandry with suckler cows and calves, young cattle, the domestic pig Ferdinand, chickens, rabbits, cats and guinea pigs. We also have our daughter's horses. We run an extensive grassland farm with grain cultivation.Not only a farm experience - also an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and day trips.
