Between Eifel idyll and pole position, this cosy holiday flat is ideally located in the two fantastic regions of Mosel & Eifel - not far from the most beautiful race track in the world, the Nürburgring. The idyllic, relaxing village of Hauroth is quiet, close to nature and yet close to the motorway. Ideally located, this accommodation is well suited for couples and small families (up to 4 people and baby). Picturesque vineyards on the Moselle and unspoilt landscapes characterise the Vordereifel slate region. Whether hiking, cycling or relaxing walks, racing enthusiasts will not miss out here either, numerous excursion destinations can be reached from Hauroth in no time at all: Nürburgring, the Moselle town of Cochem, Eltz Castle, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge, Bürresheim Castle and various maars & lakes.

Host of the EIFEL regional brand and host of the EIFEL National ParkOur hospitable house is situated in a scenic location in the middle of the "Monschauer Heckenland" and borders directly on the nature reserve "Hohes Venn" nature reserve (one of the most famous high moorland areas in Europe) as well as the "Eifel National Park" and thus offers those seeking relaxation a wide range of vacation options - at any time of year! The spacious, comfortably furnished vacation apartment (85 square meters) for 2 to 4 people with a view of the High Fens is located in a quiet, wooded area on the outskirts of Monschau/Kalterherberg. It has a roof terrace with a panoramic view of the High Fens, plenty of parking spaces at the house, parking facilities for bicycles inside the house are available. WLAN (WiFi) and charging facilities for electric bicycles are free of charge.

Our smoke-free vacation apartment has: First floor: open, spacious living area with sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen with dining table for 6 people an adjoining terrace fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with 0 degree zone and freezer compartment, blender, food processor, Jura fully automatic coffee machine and much more. storeroom guest WC Second floor: two spacious bedrooms, one with a 2x2m bed and armchair/reading corner one with a 1.40x2m bed and sofa bed, a travel cot if required large bathroom with shower and bathtub, equipped with hairdryer and towels You can view the corresponding pictures in the gallery. You have the possibility to use the WLAN. We are happy to provide you with a baby travel cot, a TripTrap (high chair) and a changing table free of charge, please let us know when booking. There are cushions for the chairs on the terrace in the storage room on the first floor. We ask our guests not to leave them outside in the evening or in bad weather. You can park your car for loading and unloading in the courtyard directly in front of the entrance. There are plenty of parking spaces just a few steps away. The cost of cleaning per stay is 80 euros. Arrival from 15:00 at the earliest. Departure by 10.00 am at the latest. You are welcome to contact us personally on site or give us a call!
