Haus Kaspers

"Haus Kaspers," a traditional Eifel farmhouse dating from 1879, offers a vacation home and a vacation apartment. Located at the foot of the Hochkelberg (675 m), it is surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests. As a cultural monument, it is considered one of the buildings in the Hocheifel region worthy of preservation and combines modern comforts with traditional architecture. Both the vacation home and the vacation apartment are centrally heated by a tiled stove and a wood-burning stove, respectively.

    We warmly welcome you to our vacation home in Volkesfeld in the Eifel. Our vacation home is located on a sunny hillside on the "Äppelsberg" in the middle of the beautiful low mountain range landscape. The vacation home is currently still under construction and will be available from April 2022. Photos of the apartments will therefore follow shortly. The "Heidehimmel" dream path runs directly behind the house, which you can access directly from the house garden. You can reach other hiking trails via the Traumpfad. The house is therefore the perfect starting point for hikes or bike tours. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) there is a bathing lake, the Waldsee Rieden with two beautifully situated restaurants directly on the lake. The house has a total of 4 vacation apartments with separate entrance doors. All apartments have a size of approx. 62 m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. The apartments are completely new and modernly equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, electric shutters,... - 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and safe, 1 bedroom with pull-out single bed) - Open-plan living/dining area with fully equipped fitted kitchen (Smart TV, music system with Bluetooth, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle,...) - Bathroom with shower and WC (walk-in, floor-level shower; hairdryer; make-up mirror) - Storage room There are two apartments on the first floor and two on the first floor. The apartments on the first floor have a large terrace, while the two apartments on the upper floor each have two balconies. One balcony faces east and one balcony faces west. So you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Children are very welcome here. Behind the house there is a garden for communal use with a barbecue area, sun loungers and play area for children. In addition, our house offers - free WLAN - private parking directly in front of the house - lockable storage facilities for bicycles, baby carriages, etc. - Washing machine for shared use Shopping facilities, pharmacy and doctors are located within a radius of less than 3 km. In the surrounding area you will find Mayen (12 km), Laacher See/ Maria Laach (14 km), Hohe Acht (16 km), Nürburgring (20 km), Bad Neuenahr (39 km), Koblenz (45 km).     Our Vulkaneifel holiday flats on the Felsenpfad are located on the outskirts of the lively fountain town of Gerolstein, in the heart of the wild and romantic Vulkaneifel. It is only a few metres from our front door to the start of the Gerolstein Rock Trail. Winding paths, forest and unspoilt nature guarantee relaxation and a break from everyday life. Around 500 m along hidden footpaths and lovingly planted allotments, the trail leads down to the centre of Gerolstein. Here, in addition to the railway station with excellent connections to Cologne and Trier, you will find a wide range of restaurants, owner-managed retail outlets and lovely cafés. Supermarkets with a well-stocked range of regional products can be reached either on foot in around 10 minutes or by car. Gerolstein is world-famous for its unique and original mineral water. In addition to a free guided tour of the Gerolsteiner Brunnen GmbH & Co.
