The newly renovated apartment with new barrier-free bathroom is with separate entrance. It is located on the outskirts of Bitburg in a very quiet location, yet only a 10-minute walk from the center.Direct connection to the cycling and hiking trail.

The refurbished half-timbered house is located in the farmstead of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid / only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen to Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church ST Wendelinus which was built in 1214 by Count Ulrich von Nürburg.  The house has about 50 square meters of living space and has been restored with great attention to detail. To not lose  the pleasant indoor climate, the renovation is made with natural materials only.

A comfortable and hugh ground floor apartment set in beautiful countryside between forest and meadows in Bermel. Many lovely walks or cycling tours to explore nearby. Bermel is located 15 minutes drive from Mayen and the Nürburgring.Also the Maare of the volcanic Eifel, where you can take a swim are located 15-30 minutes drive. The spacious, family friendly apartment has a living room with a cosy sleeping sofa, flat-screen TV and French doors that open onto a private terrace. WLAN Internet is also available.The well equiped kitchen is furnished with a dining area. The bedroom has a king size bed.You'll have a single dedicated parking spot just in front of the apartment. The Quality Walking Trail (“Traumpfad”) Hochbermel is just in front of the door.There are also other quality Walking trails nearby.
