Welcome to the holiday half-timbered house Hanzemattes in Bongard – your cozy home away from home in the heart of the Vulkaneifel. This lovingly restored half-timbered house combines the charm of a historic Eifel house with modern living comfort and offers around 100 m² of space for up to 4 people. The holiday home features two cozy bedrooms, each with a 1.40 m wide double bed, a comfortable living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On cooler days, a wood stove, in addition to the central heating, creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. Behind the house, a terrace and a private garden with views of the greenery invite you to relax. Parking is available directly at the house. Dogs are warmly welcome. The quiet location in the Eifel village of Bongard makes Hanzemattes the ideal starting point for hikes, cycling tours, and excursions into the unique volcanic landscape. The famous maars, numerous premium hiking trails, castles and palaces, as well as the Nürburgring, are easily reachable in a short time. Field and forest paths begin right at your doorstep, inviting you to take relaxing walks. Hanzemattes is ideal for couples, families, and nature lovers seeking authentic Eifel flair, peace, and relaxation. The vacation home is located in the idyllic Zerkall - below Nideggen and is the perfect place to spend a quiet yet eventful vacation with family or friends. Zerkall has its own train stop, which makes it easy to reach everything The detached vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with a lot of love and high standards. It has a new, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large refrigerator, stove and oven. In the large living room is the dining area with a large dining table. The living room is furnished with a very nice modern, extendable couch, a flat screen TV, a music system and a fireplace. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed and 1 bedroom has an additional full bed. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin and a guest WC. In front of the house there is a lounge area and the absolute best thing is the 100 square meter roof terrace with a wonderful view of Nideggen Castle. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Parking is available in front of the house. Arrival: from 15:00 hrs Departure: until 11:00 hrs at the latest. During the summer vacation (NRW) a rental is only possible on a weekly basis. The use of WLAN is included. Pets are welcome.
