We acquired the house in April 2021 and spent more than 1.5 years extensively renovating, refurbishing and modernizing it in close coordination with the monument authority, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambience.

    The hill house is, as the name suggests, on a hill in Plütscheid, 520 m high. The all-round view, the wide view, its secluded location directly on the bike and hiking trail is inspiring.The kitchen with dining area, living / dining room and bathroom are spread over 2 floors on the ground floor. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and two with a double bed, as well as a room with an additional toilet and sink, dryer and washing machine.The house also has a large garden with a barbecue area and play equipment for children. Guests can actively use their own boules pitch at the house.
