The 52 m² newly furnished apartment is divided into a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, a living room with satellite TV and dining table and a new kitchenette with dishwasher. The apartment also has a spacious shower and WC with washbasin.

A new washing machine and an exhaust air dryer are also in the apartment.

If you prefer "home cooking", there is a comfortable kitchen with everything you need.

There is a cozy seating area not far from the entrance.

The bicycle parking space is covered and lockable, of course free of charge for you (household contents not insured).

The apartment is ideal for 1 - 2 persons.

Our house "Kleine Eifel Auszeit" with the two holiday flats 1 and 2 was completely renovated in 2020/21 and the interiors were newly arranged. Both flats are modern and newly furnished and have a bathroom with rain shower, a bedroom with double bed and a living-dining area with open kitchenette. From the living area you can access the balcony. Flat 2 has an additional bedroom in the attic and an infrared cabin, the use of which is included in the price.
