Welcome to the village station of the 20th century. The accommodation in the cultural monument "historical station Üxheim-Ahütte" is a museum station that opened in 2023, exactly 50 years after the cessation of railway operations. Here, time has literally stood still, as if the last passenger just departed, the last ticket was sold, and the last cargo was loaded. The station can now be experienced in its original form, just as it was during the days of railway operation. Various guest rooms are available in the former service areas, some with historical furnishings and reconstructed original wall colors. However, they are equipped with the comforts of today: All rooms include a shower/WC (new from 2023), TV, and Wi-Fi. For those who prefer older media, there is also a wealth of railway literature from long-gone railway times. In the former service rooms, the guests' culinary needs are catered to today. The specialty of our station gastronomy is pancakes as well as homemade cakes & tarts.
