Haus Kaspers, a typical Eifel farmhouse from 1879 with an original stone oven, is located at the foot of the Hochkelberg surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. It is centrally heated with a tiled stove and combines contemporary comfort with historical construction.

In recent years, Hanna and Fabian Weires have renovated their 200-year-old vicarage in Krautscheid-Ringhuscheid with great attention to detail. They consciously rely on regional craftsmen, reuse of materials and natural building materials.
