Experience an unforgettable stay in the charming 100sqm apartment, which is accessible via an outside staircase. The house is situated on a slope, the apartment 2 is located on the lower and middle floor of the house. The apartment offers space for 6 people. On entering the apartment, you enter the hallway (incl. checkroom), which leads directly into the spacious kitchen with dining area. The dining table seats 6 people and, if required, a child in a high chair (available on request). The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob, an oven and a filter coffee machine. The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a decorative tiled stove. Here you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the greenery. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and offer a wonderful view of the countryside. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a spacious shower, a bathtub and a built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a laundry room on the first floor with a spacious washbasin and toilet. The terrace is directly accessible via the front door and has a large parasol and a glass table with 6 seats. From here you have access to the garden, which is located on a slope. The terrace is the perfect place for balmy summer evenings!
