Today, the lovingly furnished holiday apartment is characterized by an impressive wooden beam that runs through the new rooms. The old parlor bench has been given a new spotlight and creates a cozy atmosphere in the spacious kitchen. A successful symbiosis of old and new, perfect for the traveler who seeks something special. Our AusZeit vacation apartment is located in the center of Wassenach. The apartment was completely renovated from 2019 to 2020 and has been open to our guests since July 2020. Comfortably and lovingly furnished, you can take a break from stressful everyday life here. It is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy hiking, mountain biking, looking for a break from everyday life and simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Special features: Freshly renovated. Your vacation destination: Our AusZeit is located approx. 1.5 km from Lake Laach and 4 km from Maria Laach Monastery. From the Lydia Tower you have a view over Wassenach, the Laacher See area and the Siebengebirge with the Drachenfels. Within walking distance you can reach our Tante Enso store which offers all products for your daily needs. The Waldfrieden restaurant is only 1 km away. Many hiking trails start directly at the edge of the village and some dream trails are nearby. Further leisure activities: Hiking on the Traumpfädchen and Traumpfaden trails.One of the most famous, the Höhlen-und Schluchtensteig, leads directly past the outskirts of Wassenach.Trips to Koblenz (30km) to the historic old town or with the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress are an experience.Numerous sights such as the Maria Laach monastery or the cold water geyser in Andernach (12km) are very close by. The Nürburgring with many events and a motorsport adventure museum is 35 km away.

The Hetzingen campsite is in a wonderful location in the Eifel National Park, directly on the Rur, which is famous for its clear water. Opposite, the romantic Nideggen Castle rises on a steep hillside (325m above sea level). The Rursee lake is only a few kilometers away and the countless excursion possibilities in the surrounding area offer variety during your vacation. The campsite is an ideal starting point for sightseeing (Cologne / Aachen / Monschau ...), culture lovers, climbing enthusiasts, cyclists, kayakers and hikers. In the midst of an almost untouched natural landscape, you have the opportunity to enjoy the clear air and especially the prevailing peace and quiet and to relax completely. The entrance to the new Eifel National Park is just 5 minutes' walk from the campsite. Our self-service store with daily fresh baked goods as well as our restaurant with international cuisine and Balkan specialties will take care of your physical well-being. Whether you opt for a camping vacation or a stay in our chalets, rental caravans, barrels or vacation apartments - the Hetzingen campsite offers you plenty of space and privacy to relax! Our cozy vacation apartment is located in the beautiful Brohl valley in the Eifel. The apartment is in a quiet yet convenient location (approx. 2 minutes to the A 61). The living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and 1 bedroom are accessible at ground level. The second bedroom is on the 1st floor (attic). The apartment has an open plan living area with a modern equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and the living room with satellite TV. There is a separate bedroom with a 180x200cm box-spring bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and WC. The couch in the living room can be used as an additional bed for one person. A second bedroom with a double bed is located in the attic. From the living room and the balcony you have a wonderful view of Olbrück Castle and the surrounding countryside. Baby crib and baby chair are available. The following is included: bed linen, towels, coffee, tea, hand soap, hairdryer.
