Our 5-star holiday home ist in a quiet location on the idyllic Waldsee Rieden with a view of the lake, a large terrace and lovingly furnishes furniture that leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the house brings the the early morning sun as well as the setting evening sun for a cozy and of the day.
A holiday apartment with a feel-good guarantee, a lot of charm and everything you need to spend a nice holiday in the Eifel. The apartment is approx. 70 square meters, has its own entrance, is barrier-free and is located in a rural and quiet location. Through large windows it is very bright and flooded with light. It has a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a leather couch, height-adjustable coffee table, television and carefree internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed 2ma 2 meters tall. The bathroom has a barrier-free, walk-in shower with shower seat, sink, toilet and a hair dryer. From the living room you enter a beautiful large terrace. It is fully furnished with a table, chairs, raised lounger, parasol and an electric grill. A garage parking space is available on request. Storage space for bicycles and motorbikes is available.
One of the most beautiful "corners" in Heimbach! our cozy 45 square meter apartment is located directly in the historic center of the national park town of Heimbach, from here you can reach the pilgrimage church of St. Clemens, the castle with the spa gardens behind it, the art academy and the stores and restaurants of the city center in less than 5 minutes. The town is surrounded by forest and the numerous paths along the Rur, around the Rursee and of course through the woods invite you to take varied hikes or relaxing walks. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped. In the living room there is a corner couch and an armchair to sit together, read or watch TV. Free W-Lan is available for your internet connection. The kitchen with dining area offers everything you need. Refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. 1.80m x 2.00m large, comfortable bed is available in the bedroom for a relaxed sleep. Our apartment is suitable for two to three people. The daily rent is 50 € (for a rental period of at least 3 days), each additional person is charged at 10 € / day. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

To make you feel at home straight away and enjoy your stay from the start, there are plenty of parking spaces available directly at the house on your arrival and mineral water, tea and coffee are waiting for you in the holiday flat. In the kitchen we have dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, sponge and tea towels ready for your stay, the modern bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels on your arrival and bed linen is also provided. Each flat has a flat-screen TV. In our guest folders you will find carefully compiled, important information about the house and the surrounding area, as well as useful contact addresses, gastronomic tips. In our garden, we have created a modern barbecue area for you to socialise and relax. We are happy to provide you with a gas barbecue, deckchairs and a jukebox for an extra charge and fill your fridge in the flat with barbecue food.
