The house has a chimney (fire place in the living room), a TV and SAT Receiver. Your kitchen has Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaschine, Stove, Baking Oven, Water boiler, Egg cooker, Toaster. For your comfort you will find a flat iron and an iron as well as an ironing board. Your beds have bed linen, you have as well fresh towels. Bath robe for rent.

- Parking spaces belong to the apartment. The path from the parking spaces to the entrance is not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 20%.
- The cottage is accessible only by steps: the step at the front door is 23 cm high. The step to the terrace (alternative entrance) is 17 cm high.
- On the first floor there is the kitchen (threshold of 8 cm), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor with living room and two more bedrooms is accessible only by stairs.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 70 cm wide or there are alternatives.
- The dining table is not or only limited wheelchair compatible. The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are also not wheelchair accessible.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bedroom on the ground floor/left (double room) are:
at the door 85 cm x 90 cm;
in front of the wardrobe and to the left of the bed 200 cm x 106 cm. - The bed is 45 cm high.
