• There is no audio induction loop system.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room 302 and 310 (multi-bed room, upper floor)

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.

• There are no marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the general parking lot. People with disabilities may park in the forecourt upon request.
• The bus stop "Grundschule" is 150 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator. The elevator cabin measures 160 cm x 140 cm. 
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide except for the shower doors in the rooms (62 cm passage width).
• The reception desk is at its lowest point 97 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
• There are no wheelchair accessible tables available in the dining room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 302 (multi-bed room, upper floor)

• There is another identical room (No. 310), in which the toilet can be accessed from the right.
• The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and left and right of the bed are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
• The beds are 40 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet 160 cm x 125 cm; in front of the washbasin 90 cm x 200 cm;
  left of the toilet 94 cm x 54 cm and right of the toilet 22 cm x 54 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the approachable side of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds. The manoeuvring space in the shower is 100 cm x 100 cm. A shower seat and grab rails are available.
• An alarm trigger is not available.

Public toilets for people with disabilities

• The WCs can each be approached on one side.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. At least the grab rail on the approachable side can be flipped-up.
• The sinks are wheelchair compatible. The mirrors can be seen while standing or sitting.
