Your vacation home is open for you and has been renovated with our future guests in mind. In the middle of the village, in a quiet location, stands our detached house, in which the apartment is located on the 1st floor. It offers you a quiet and cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. Two parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The garage can also be used to store bicycles or several motorcycles. If necessary, you can buy groceries and other household items in a small discount store in Kottenheim. In a neighboring town, a large supermarket also sells many items for people with gluten and/or lactose intolerance. In a nearby town, there is also a hospital for emergencies, as well as practicing doctors from various specialties. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home Marika. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the property.

The nice flat with a terrace and a big lawn is situated in a quiet area close to a forest. It is a very good place to start nice hikingtours in the closer area. About 3 km you find the bicycleroute "Eifel-ardennen-Radweg" which is build on an old railway in different directions: to Prüm, Waxweiler, Arzfeld, Neuerburg or St.Vith / Belgien.

The youth guest house is centrally and quietly located and ideal for a group stay of several days in the nature experience village of Nettersheim. Whether school trips, club outings or vacation camps - all groups of children and young people are welcome here. The facilities in Nettersheim and the wide range of programs offered by the Eifel Nature Centre and Bildungswerk ensure a varied stay in Nettersheim. Deep in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel, in a dreamy valley, lies a small village called Schutz. Our vacation home is located at the western end of this village. The large property invites you to barbecue, romp around and have fun. A private adventure tour through the Wallmerbach is also fun for the whole family. The house has a living space of approx. 150m² and with its 3 bedrooms offers space for a maximum of 6 people. Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms are optimally equipped. The house offers a fireplace where you can relax with your favorite drink in the evening, a large terrace and a spacious property, ideal for families or smaller groups. There are several hiking trails nearby and a small mountain with a beautiful view over the entire area. In the next bigger town Daun, you will find some shopping facilities, a really great movie theater, as well as the "Wild und Erlebnispark Daun". The volcanic Eifel offers you a wide range of activities, such as cave tours, cycling and hiking trails, fishing and swimming spots, maars, a geyser, incredibly beautiful castles and old fortresses and knight games, as well as great events such as the Daun funfair or the Eifel rally and much much more.
