Rural, warm, quiet and beautifully situated in the Eifel on the edge of the National Park, family-owned since 1924 and now run by the 4th generation, with the 5th generation already waiting in the wings. The "Schenke" with its cozy atmosphere has been preserved in its original form. The warm ambience lets you linger even after your meal. Here you can chat, play a game or simply enjoy a glass of wine ... Approx. 40 seats - everyone will find their favorite corner here. The restaurant seats approx. 45 guests, but you will still find modern comfort in the 12 individually and lovingly furnished hotel rooms. Various garden terraces around the house invite you to dream, enjoy or simply relax ... an oasis in spring and summer. The cuisine, which is characterized by local products, has always grown with the demands of the guests, always striving to offer quality and regional dishes. Our wooden house offers a pleasant living climate due to the high ceilings and breathable building materials. Large windows allow a view of the surrounding nature. Our photovoltaic system enables us to use self-produced electricity. A flat roof with plants and a cistern store rainwater. Thanks to a wall box installed at the house, your electric vehicle can be charged quickly. There is free parking on the property, bicycles can be parked in a locked room. Our large, natural plot offers habitat for the local flora and fauna.Our apartment with a total area of 60 sqm is on the 1st floor of our wooden house and can unfortunately only be reached via stairs, so it is not barrier-free. It is divided into a hallway, bedroom, a livingroom including a kitchen with dishwasher, panoramic room and bathroom. The infrared heat cabin can be used for a fee. From the eat-in kitchen you can reach a large balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment is designed for 2 people, but the sofa in the livingroom can be converted and used as a bed for a maximum of 2 people.

Our house is located in a higher part of Adenau, so that you have a enchanting view of the Eifel town, but can still reach the city centre with shopping facilities and restaurants on foot. The guest room can be reached through its own entrance. There is plenty of parking. Our house is a non-smoking house. For smokers, there is a possibility outside in front of the door.

Our house is located between the Monschau districts of Mützenich and Kalterherberg on the L106 country road, on the edge of the North Eifel Nature Park and the Hohes Venn moorland. Within a radius of 2 km you will find hiking and cycling trails that will lead you to your nature experience. The old town of Monschau, restaurants and shops are just a few kilometers away, and the vacation apartments on the edge of the forest invite you to relax. Both apartments are located in the same house, on the left the apartment Brettbaum and on the right apartment Kirmessief, each with its own entrance. The respective outdoor areas are located directly next to the apartments. The parking lot is directly at the house. The wallbox 11KW - 400 volt plug TYPE 2 provides charging for your electric car while you enjoy your free time. Books, indoor and outdoor games are available for you. The table tennis table, swing and slide offer fun for young and old. You are also welcome to use the lockable bicycle garage. It is equipped with bicycle repair tools and a power connection. Hiking and cycling maps as well as recommendations for excursions are available directly from us. In addition, extensive material with tour suggestions is available. The bus stop directly at the house facilitates your tour planning. The property also has a fruit tree meadow and plenty of space to play, or you can simply enjoy your time out. Guests have written poems or compiled photos of our region in photo books with travel stories. This shows that the guests have felt very much at home.

The apartment is located very close to Rauscherpark, through which the small river Nette flows. The Vulkanpark Info Center can also be seen there. The region offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. The village offers good shopping facilities, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc. In addition to stores, sports and leisure facilities, you can cool off in summer in our solar-heated "Pellenz" leisure pool. There is a wide range of medical services (doctors, massage therapists, etc.) and our clubs and societies offer just as many leisure activities. Thanks to our central location, the cities of Koblenz and Bonn are very easy to reach.
