This tour is perfect for anyone who enjoys a sporty ride and wants to discover the scenic diversity of the Volcanic Eifel on a road bike. Over 100 kilometers, numerous meters in altitude and many sections worth seeing make this tour a real experience - both scenically and athletically.

The route runs along low-traffic side roads and well-maintained cycle paths through small Eifel villages, past geological highlights such as the lava bomb in Strohn, the imposing Ernstberg and the impressive Niederburg in Manderscheid. If you plan a short detour to the Windsborn crater lake along the way, you will be rewarded with a unique view of the only real crater lake north of the Alps.
