Our two reading nooks invite you to browse through books, or you can choose a board game or card game from our large collection in the living room. Our selection of DVDs also offers a great way to unwind from everyday life and spend time together during movie nights. Located right next to the Kyll Valley Bike Trail, our house is the perfect starting point for great bike rides through nature. Our spacious garage is available for storing your bikes, and you’re also welcome to charge your e-bikes there.  Hiking enthusiasts won’t be disappointed either, as you can explore various hiking trails right from our front door—whether to the Kahlem volcano, the Goldberg, or the Birresborn ice caves and the Riesenbank. Ideal for clubs, cycling or hiking groups, and vacations with family and friends. Whether for a great short getaway or a full-length vacation, dogs are welcome guests at Haus Eifelruhe. Out of consideration for other guests, we simply ask that your four-legged friends not get on the sofa or the beds.  Starting in July 2026, we’ll offer you the option to charge your electric vehicle at our in-house wallbox. You can find the applicable terms and conditions under our current rates. We look forward to your visit at Haus Eifelruhe.
