On the western edge of the municipality of Vordereifel lies the small village of Ditscheid. From its local mountain, the Steinbüchel, you can enjoy the view over the village and a beautiful landscape. The Steinbüchel Landscape Park invites the 265 inhabitants as well as guests for a relaxing stay, as well as the "XXL-Baumelbank" located not far from the sports field.

The caravan park offers 34 parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Maare-Mosel cycle path. 31 parking spaces each have their own power supply. Maximum length of the caravan for parking is 10m.

The beekeeping business Horst Werner offers fresh honey from the Vulkaneifel with top quality from the beekeeper. The local community Virneburg with about 385 inhabitants is located in a valley - surrounded by the four mountains, Brauberg, Schafsberg, Mühlenberg and Bleiberg. In the center of the village, on another elevation, are the Virneburg castle ruins and, on the two upper floors of the former school building, the local history museum with documentation of Virneburg's history.

Camp Kyllburg is located in the middle of green nature with 10 motorhome pitches.
