The weekly market takes place on every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM.On Sunday, April 13th and November 9th, 2025, a flea market will be held as part of the Sunday shopping event. On Sunday, June 29th, 2025, there will be a fair for the summer festival.

Particularly worth seeing are the restored monastery ruins of Mädburg, which can be reached via the slate hiking trail, for example, as well as the parish church of St. Kastor and St. Katharina in the centre of the village.
