An entire store dedicated to crime fiction. Here you’ll find everything to make a crime fiction lover’s heart race. The Lesezeichen bookstore, with its “Crime Fiction Corner,” offers a curated selection of crime fiction, including autographed books by well-known crime writers and unique gifts for crime fiction fans. At Café Sherlock , you can relax in a cozy atmosphere with a Chocolat Poirot. The Green Salon on the first floor is a haven for smokers. Next door, at the Krimi & Co. antiquarian bookstore, you’ll find secondhand reading material. The attic houses the German Crime Fiction Archive, featuring nearly 30,000 crime fiction volumes and 70 crime-themed board games from around the world.

Closed Monday and Tuesday

Bookstore hours: Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

    Swister Turm

    Weilerswist
    Open today

    The Swister Tower near Weilerswist is a remnant of the old parish and pilgrimage church of the vanished village of Swist on the Swisterberg (built c. 1100-1125). Foundation remains of the nave are attributed to the 9th century. Archaeological finds from Roman times indicate that the first Christian church was built over a Roman sanctuary. The St. James pilgrimage route passes directly by the tower.
