The vacation apartment is located in Nerdlen in the middle of the Vulkaneifel directly on the Lieserpfad. The district town of Daun, the famous Eifelmaare lakes, the Nürburgring and a junction to the A1 towards Trier and Koblenz are in the immediate vicinity. It is a lovingly furnished attic apartment with space for up to 5 people, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. A garden house with barbecue and small pond is available for cozy hours outdoors. There is also lockable storage space for bicycles and a car parking space right next to the house. There is a nearby playground for children. The location is ideal for motorcycle, bicycle and hiking tours. Charging facilities for electric vehicles are available.

The nearby Urftsee and Rursee lakes are ideal for water sports activities and boat trips. Sights such as the historic Vogelsang Castle and Schleiden Castle offer cultural insights. We rent out the cozy Eifel vacation apartment "Schöne Aussicht". The apartment is located in the attic on 2 levels. It has 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90 x 200, a crib, a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and an eat-in kitchen with pantry kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is modern and brightly furnished. On our large fruit meadow, where you can also have a snack, there is a soccer goal, a trampoline, a seesaw, a sandpit and a table with 6 chairs. A three-legged charcoal barbecue invites you to a cozy barbecue evening. There are ducks, chickens and dogs in our garden. There are two donkeys and ponies in the neighboring meadows.

The accommodation is located in the centre of the pedestrian zone. It is approx. 53 metres in size and has been newly furnished. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including a high chair for children. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep. A cot can also be added. The bathroom has a large, comfortable floor shower. A small hallway and, if required, a washing machine and tumble dryer round off the offer.The flat is located in an old building that was completely renovated a few years ago. It is on the 1st floor; there is also a secured car park at the house. Short distances lead you to the bakery, butcher and 2 supermarkets. Less than 100 metres away is the Eifel National Park Gate, where you can find lots of information. The spa gardens and the heated outdoor pool are also just a few minutes' walk away.From here you can start numerous hiking and cycling trails, e.g. Eifelsteig or Wildnistrail or cycle along the K7 to the Urft dam.

Apartment B (ground floor, barrier-free) is 57 m² and is also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment has a kitchen and living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a seating area with garden furniture with a direct view and access to the green onto the large meadow. Apartment C (ground floor, barrier-free) is 150 m². There is a kitchen area with dining area, living room with extendable dining area, for example. B. for larger groups, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. And a balcony with direct access via a few steps to the large meadow.
