Conveniently located in the beautiful landscape of the Kyllburger Waldeifel. The comfortably furnished property is located in the atmospheric village of Neuheilenbach, which is situated in the Kyllburger Waldeifel. From the kitchen you enter the balcony and the garden, where you can relax on the beautiful terrace in the evening. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Eifel landscape. To prevent boredom, we offer you a trampoline, a table tennis table, a table football table, a swing and a sandpit. The Kyllburger Waldeifel region is located between the attractive towns of Bitburg and Prüm. There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity and you can hike, fish, swim and play golf in the Waldeifel. And of course you should visit the oldest city in Germany, Trier, Luxembourg or the famous beer town of Bitburg. For wine lovers, a visit to the Moselle with its magnificent vineyards is definitely worthwhile! Enjoy a wonderful vacation together in the Kyllburger Waldeifel!

    The St. Nikolaus Youth Center Rursee is located on the edge of the village of Schmidt. The buildings of the youth center are located on a 3-hectare forest and meadow area above the Rursee, with the Eifel National Park in the immediate vicinity. Schmidt itself has a tourist information point in the church of St. Hubertus (popularly known as St. Mokka), which is also a tourist attraction in its own right. The lake itself is only a 20-30 minute walk away. The spacious outdoor area is ideal for a wide range of leisure activities. End the day with a cozy campfire in our tepee. The Aachen Diocesan Association of the German Scout Association of St. George (DPSG) is the sponsor of the Rursee youth center. With 120 beds divided into two houses, the youth center offers space for everyone all year round, whether school classes, youth associations, youth and adult groups, course groups or nature lovers. Our fully catered house "Haus am Brunnen" offers space for 82 people. Some of the rooms are equipped with shower and WC. The house has two individually usable floors, each with a conference room. We also offer 3 different self-catering units from 8 to 30 people. Our self-catering house "Landhaus am Scheidbaum" offers space for 30 people. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, rustic dining room and cozy common room, as well as shower and washrooms. Our apartment "Zur Kapelle" is a small accommodation unit for self-catering and offers space for up to 8 people. It is equipped with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen also serves as a lounge and offers space for cozy get-togethers. There is a bathroom with shower, basin and WC, as well as a separate WC. 3 bedrooms with bunk beds (2 with two beds and one with four beds) are available. The "Haus am Hang" (scout house) is a small, cozy self-catering house with a rural ambience and simple furnishings. It is equipped with a small, functional kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and WC and 4 small bedrooms for 2 people each. Two lounges invite you to share activities and get-togethers. One of the group rooms is furnished with a couch, the other with tables and chairs. Here you will find the ideal conditions for leisure and educational work, as well as conferences, training courses and meetings.

    Vacation home 'Altes Backhaus In Der Eifel' with private terrace, sauna, WLAN and air conditioning Old rustic bakery in the middle of the Eifel, near the Luxembourg border.Beautifully furnished, with many modern and rustic accents.The old oven is beautifully staged and can even be fired up if required. You can charge your electric car for free in the spacious courtyard with plenty of parking spaces. 1 bedroom (bed 160), 1 single bed (80) and a comfortable sofa bed.The bakery offers space for up to four people. In the large entrance area is the huge old oven, which has supplied many parties with pizza and bread. The rooms are very well equipped, a beautiful 40 year old country house kitchen with oak worktops.Very large hob, large fridge with freezer.And an oak dining table with space for 6 people.There is also direct access to the terrace. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated, with ancient stone troughs for washing, standing on ancient oak planks.With a shower and bathtub, you can really feel at home here.A narrow staircase leads upstairs, where your gaze wanders directly back to the massive quarry stone fireplace of the oven.Here you will also find a single bed and a small workstation.Up here you will also find the small but beautiful bedroom, with a tiny walk-in closet and dressing table.At the other end is the living room with a large TV, a sofa bed and a view of the terrace. You own the entire detached bakery, including the terrace with garden furniture, sauna and plenty of parking spaces. Your check-in is completely contactless, but if you wish I can be available as I live directly opposite.Not suitable for small children or people who are less mobile, as the upper floor is only accessible via a small STAIRWAY.
