Our cozy, 3-star family-run, DTV classified house is about 72m2 in size. It has two floors and offers enough space for 3 adults and a child as well as a baby enough space. It has a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available), a living room with pull-out couch and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV. One bedroom with a single bed; a children's half-high bed and a baby crib + changing mat. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove (ceramic hob) incl. oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave and a toaster. microwave and a toaster. A high chair is of course also available for our younger guests. In addition, there is a playhouse on stilts, a sandpit and a barbecue area in the adjoining garden, which invites you to linger. A parking space is reserved for you close to the house. Pets are NOT allowed in our non-smoking apartment. A ladies s.w. Men's and children's bicycles are on site and can be used free of charge.

The "nice country house" consists of 2 houses (holiday home, guest house), which were lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished in 2018/2019.Would you like to be free and independent during your holiday and still enjoy hotel comfort.Then "Nice country house" is the right place for you!Please note that the guest house is not generally available for exclusive use. Our house is located in a higher part of Adenau, so that you have a enchanting view of the Eifel town, but can still reach the city centre with shopping facilities and restaurants on foot. The guest room can be reached through its own entrance. There is plenty of parking. Our house is a non-smoking house. For smokers, there is a possibility outside in front of the door.

Our cosy holiday flat is located on the 1st floor and is divided into: - a cosy living room with 3-seater, 2-seater, armchair and flat-screen TV - bedroom with double bed - Living room with dining area and a single bed - small kitchen with refrigerator, cooker and oven - Bathroom (bathtub, shower and WC) - and a small balcony.
