The ground floor flat in a detached two-family house has a large garden with direct access to the forest. The Maare-Mosel cycle path and access to the Eifelsteig and Lieserpfad hiking trails are only a few hundred metres away. The nearest bakery is 800m away. The town centre with restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as the tourist information are within walking distance. (cafés, cinema, indoor swimming pool, volcano museum etc.). The Maare can be reached via appropriate hiking trails (3 km) or are only a few minutes away by car. The Nürburgring and various Moselle towns are within easy reach for beautiful day trips. The Daun Game and Adventure Park is 7 km away. The distance to the A1 motorway is approx. 5 km.
