Our 4-star vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Monreal. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the town, hiking and excursions in the surrounding area. Our house is located on a 1300 square meter property with a large lawn for sunbathing and playing, directly on the idyllic Elzbach. The apartment is located on the first floor of the two-family house "Elzer Weg 3" and was completely renovated and furnished in 2012. P.S. Welcome in our well-equipped apartment (approx. 55m²) nearby the forest and next to the city center of Manderscheid. Our cozy flat and the beautiful nature around invite you to just relax! The apartment is located at the ground floor and is equipped with a living-/ bed- and bath room as well as an open kitchen. Towels and bed sheets are all inclusive. Our terrace and the lawn are perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a glas of wine in the evening. There is also a nice corner to have barbeque on mild summer nights. 

The Hürtgenwald, as well as the municipality of the same name, are located on the northern edge of the Eifel and offer a variety of opportunities to spend the most beautiful days of the year there. Our farm is a former full-time farm. We have remodeled the stable and living area and now live here with ten horses, a dog and cats. The Raffelsbrand district is a purely agricultural settlement and has around 180 inhabitants. You can ride for hours right from the farm through varied forests and quiet valleys. The Eifel National Park and the Raffelsbrand high-altitude adventure trail (high ropes course) are on the doorstep, as are the Rursee lake, the beautiful half-timbered town of Monschau and the High Fens.

The lavishly restored three non-smoking vacation apartments are located in the "historic hydroelectric power station" from 1772. The combination of historic and modern gives these apartments a special atmosphere. A separate wellness room with sauna and TV is available to guests by arrangement. The use is subject to a charge. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Outside the vacation apartment there are two sun terraces and a sunbathing lawn. A barbecue and open fire bowl are available. Spacious, free parking spaces are directly at the house as well as a lockable bicycle storage room. Suitable for families and groups.
