It was badly affected by the flood in summer 2021, like many other houses in Urft, Erft and in the Ahr valley. In the two years that followed, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail. Our holiday apartment "a Bäckesch 17" can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a fully furnished and equipped apartment including a washing machine, parking space and WiFi. For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the apartment is an ideal starting point for many hiking and cycling tours through beautiful Eifel landscapes. Circular hiking trails in the immediate vicinity from 6 to 22 km can be found under Wanderwelt-Nordeifel/Eifelschleifen and Wanderwelt-Nordeifel/Eifelspuren. 4 stages of the Eifelsteig are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Cyclists will find 16 themed circular tours in the Eifel cycle loops to explore the North Eifel by bike. With the new cycle junction system, you can plan your own tours. The Eifel National Park and the nearby Olef, Urft and Rur dams invite you to take a trip. It is not far to the romantic Ahr valley or to the pretty towns of Bad Münstereifel and Monschau. Sports and leisure facilities, such as a go-kart track in Schmidtheim (8km), a gyrofoil flight on the Dahlemer Binz (8km), climbing facility on Lake Kronenburg (14 km), a game reserve with a bird of prey station in Hellenthal are not far away. One of the most beautiful "corners" in Heimbach!Our cozy 45 sqm vacation apartment is located directly in the historic town center of the national park town of Heimbach.From here you can reach the pilgrimage church of St. Clemens,the castle with the spa gardens behind it, the art academy and the stores and restaurants of the town center in less than 5 minutes. The town is surrounded by forest and the numerous paths along the Rur, around the Rursee and of course through the woods invite you to take varied hikes or relaxing walks. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped. In the living room there is a corner couch and an armchair to sit together, read or watch TV. Free W-Lan is available for your internet connection. The kitchen with dining area offers everything you need. Refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.For a relaxed sleep there is a 1.80m x 2.00m large, comfortable bed in the bedroom.Use of an allotment garden on the Rur. Our vacation apartment is suitable for two to three people. The daily rent is 40 € (for a rental period of up to 2 days - 45 € per day), each additional person is charged at 9 €/day. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The Gisela holiday apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful, idyllic Eifel on the outskirts of Gransdorf on a quiet residential street. The approximately 80 square meter barrier-free holiday apartment offers space for 4 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and is newly furnished and invites you to relax, enjoy and feel good. From here you have a wonderful view of your own garden and the meadows and fields of Gransdorf. Beautiful walks in the nearby forest are possible from the house. If you don't want to cook yourself, there is a very good, appealing restaurant in town. The beer town of Bitburg is nearby and there are plenty of leisure activities (Bitburger Erlebniswelt, Cascade swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink, etc.) The Eifelpark Gondorf is very close by. Here you will experience a perfect day for the whole family. Those who like to hike will also get a taste for them with us, the Eifel and Moselsteig trails are nearby.
