We are renting out our high-quality, 68 m² vacation apartment on the Nussbach River in Welschbillig. The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment features a living room (flat-screen TV with DAB and FM radio, CD player, and Bluetooth connectivity) with a dining area, a separate kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway, a storage room, and a covered terrace with a panoramic view of the countryside. To ensure a stress-free arrival, the beds are already made. You’ll also find cozy towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries waiting for you in the bathroom. Well-maintained hiking and biking trails are located in the immediate vicinity, such as the Eifelsteig, Mosel Bike Path, and Kyll Valley Bike Path—or enjoy a leg of the St. James’ Way. Thanks to the apartment’s close proximity to Germany’s oldest city, Trier, and to neighboring Luxembourg, you can take numerous day trips (including by public bus). To enjoy your evenings on vacation, feel free to relax on the terrace with a glass of fine wine while you dine. We offer wines from various local wineries at cost. In the interest of the majority of our guests, smoking and bringing pets into the apartment are not permitted. We ask for your understanding in this matter. The town of Dümpelfeld is an excellent starting point for hikers and cyclists. Cycling routes — including the Ahr Cycle Path and the Eifel Volcano Cycle Route, which starts in Dümpelfeld — invite tours into the surrounding Eifel region and the Ahr Valley. Hiking tours in the Eifel & Ahr Valley ensure memorable hikes. For motorsport and event enthusiasts, the Nürburgring is ideally located nearby: The famous racetrack is only about 17 kilometers away and can be reached quickly.

The central location makes the lovingly furnished, open and bright 2-room apartment the perfect starting point for a beautiful Eifel vacation, even without a car. Cafés, cinema, indoor swimming pool, volcano museum, stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The Eifelsteig and Maare-Mosel cycle path are almost on the doorstep. Relaxing, hiking and enjoying nature is very easy from here.

Our house is a new house built in 2018 with a total of two barrier-free separate vacation apartments on the edge of the Eifel National Park. The house is located in the municipality of Hellenthal in a quiet location on the southern edge of the village of Wolfert and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. This invites you to go on extensive cycling and hiking tours or simply to rest and relax.
