We offer 100 square meters living room a comfortable atmosphere that is unique. The new apartment "Eifelgold" offers first-class, modern design with attention to detail. From gray slate floor, of course, equipped with underfloor heating, up to the two beautiful bedrooms and the luxurious bathroom (rain shower, hairdryer), no desire remains open. In the main room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with island and an oasis from which you comfortably watch TV (flat screen TV, DVD player) and the Internet (wireless) is able to go. The apartment is surrounded by meadows and forests. Outside there is a 25 sqm terrace with adjoining garden and an orchard with plenty of space for fun and games of children. Here you will find the perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours in our beautiful Eifel landscape with streams, forests and meadows. Ideal to let dangle the soul and to recharge your batteries. In the nature reserve Nordeifel, right on the Luxembourgian / Belgian border.

The vacation apartment is located in Kommerscheidt, a district of Nideggen-Schmidt, at the end of a quiet side street directly on the edge of a field and forest. The apartment is detached. It was built from 2017 to 2018 and will be rented out as a vacation apartment for the first time from mid-April 2019.The pond is located nearby, a natural body of water that offers a cool place to linger, especially in midsummer with its surrounding trees.On a clear day, the dining table offers a wonderful view of up to 70 km into the flatter surrounding countryside between Jülich and Cologne.Within the village there are shopping facilities for daily needs. There are 2 bakeries, a supermarket, a post office, a petrol station, a pharmacy, as well as a doctor (general practitioner) and a dentist. If you want to keep your own kitchen cold, 3 restaurants offer the possibility to have a good dinner in the immediate vicinity after an exciting day of hiking or excursions. Two banks (Sparkasse and Volksbank) are located in the village.Minimum stay 2 nights.

You live with us in the approx. 80m² large renovated apartment in our detached house in Gillenfeld, which is located directly on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The Pulvermaar and Holzmaar are only a few minutes' drive away. You can also quickly reach the Maare-Moselle cycle path or popular hiking routes. It offers space for up to 6 people. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher. From the cozy living/dining room with TV, sofa bed and fireplace you have direct access to the terrace. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and the final cleaning are included in the rental price.
