The vacation apartment is located in the beautiful district of Nideggen. Not only people feel at home here, but also their pets. The old town of Nideggen is within walking distance, where you can visit cafés, restaurants and the castle. There are also wonderful hiking trails to the sandstone cliffs from the holiday apartment.

Our house is situated at the outskirts of the small village Roth in natural surroundings. You reach the forest in 2 min. and the section "Hillesheim-Gerolstein" of one of Germany's top hiking trails, the "Eifelsteig", runs along the house. We renovated the basement of our house in 2014/15 and established the new holiday flat "Wald und Wiese" ("Forest and Field"). It is accessible from ground level and convenient for challenged people.

THE ACCOMMODATION The 125 m2 bungalow chalets and the 175 m2 gallery chalet are located in the middle of the beautiful Vulkaneifel. With two to three bedrooms, they are ideal for a longer stay with 2-6 people. One bedroom can be prepared with either two double beds or one single bed. Please give us a brief note on this. We only completed the chalet at the end of 2022 and furnished it in a modern, stylish and comfortable way. Each chalet has its own sauna, free-standing bathtub and private gym. The sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom and fitness area are fully equipped and of the highest quality. Each chalet has two private parking spaces with a private wall box for electric cars. In our NETTE chalets, we not only provide you with bed linen, bathrobes and towels, we also clean them according to the strictest cleaning standards. In addition, a large number of consumables are freely available to you. From fragrance essences for our saunas to shampoo and shower gel to dishwasher tabs and cotton pads. Upon arrival you will also find some coffee capsules and tea bags for a relaxed first arrival. All of these consumables are replenished or replaced after each stay. Our goal is that our guests lack nothing! We ask for your understanding that it is only through our cleaning costs that we are able to meet such high hygiene standards and, moreover, to ensure a maximum carefree experience during your stay. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES There are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the Eifel. We recommend the "Komoot" app. There you will find a variety of predefined and individual hiking routes. From Oberbettingen and Gerolstein you are well connected by train in Germany. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity!

New: ---- Now with fiber optic connection ---- Our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday flat for up to five people is located in the heart of Kommern. It was completely renovated in 2021 and due to its location it is an ideal starting point, both for the things of daily life, as well as for exploring the beautiful Voreifel. Our modernly furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower/ WC) and next to it a separate guest WC. In the large bedroom there is a double bed and a sleeping couch, in the other room two single beds. Thus, there is room for a maximum of five people in the flat. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate guest toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace with lawn on the south side of the house, which creates a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invites you to eat, drink and linger. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Bicycles/e-bikes that you bring with you can be parked in the garage. In addition, a bicycle is available for you to fetch your daily bread rolls or for cycling in the relaxing Eifel region.
