The picturesque half-timbered house from the early 20th century with modern furnishings and a total living space of 92 m² offers a very cozy atmosphere, not only thanks to its wood paneling. A bar and a seating area right next to it, surrounded by attractive decorations, create a cozy atmosphere. The living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet and bathtub are located on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with sleeping accommodation for a total of 6 people. A restaurant - directly opposite - offers culinary delights for every palate with national and international cuisine (to order).

A spacious terrace on the upper floor (with sun around the clock) and a garden behind the house invite you to linger outdoors and enjoy the pure air of the Eifel. Garden furniture is available. There is a parking lot behind the house.

The starting point for hiking, cycling and motorcycle tours could not be more ideal. To get to theforest, simply cross a field. Behind it, you will come across branching hiking trails that lead along streams and through gorges directly to Cochem, Calmont, the Calmont via ferrata or many other picturesque places on the Moselle. There are numerous other attractive hiking trails in the Eifel and on the Moselle, as well as many interesting excursion destinations of all kinds (the Eifel dream loops, the Moselle and Eifelsteig trails are not far away). There are also farms nearby (with livestock such as goats and horses) that entertain their guests (especially families) with guided tours and other tourist attractions. A visit to an underground tunnel near Ulmen is well worthwhile. In addition to several castles in the area (e.g. Cochem Imperial Castle, Arras Castle near Bad Bertrich, Eltz Castle near Moselkern, Metternich Castle ruins near Beilstein), you should not miss the maars (the blue eyes of the Eifel) with their rich variety of species on the banks (near Daun: Schalkenmehrer, Gemündener and Weinfelder Maar). In addition to enchanted hiking trails, you will also find swimming pools (the outdoor pool at Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld is particularly recommended).
