Fuchsloch, Fewo Kleines Fuchsloch

Our approx. 200 m² 12-person vacation home is located directly on the shores of Lake Rursee. In 2023 again awarded with DTV4 stars.

The whole house is bright and friendly furnished. 6 double rooms, 3 shower rooms with WC+ 1 separate WC. A living room with 3 leather sofas and fireplace. A large, bright kitchen with everything you need, such as XXL fridge, sep. fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a very large dining table. In winter 2018, we also purchased an additional induction hob in addition to the existing 4-burner ceramic hob. Of course with matching new kettles and pans, so that our guests who like to cook can do so even better.
A garage for storing bicycles, motorcycles or boats and plenty of parking spaces can be found directly at the house.
A jetty with its own access to the lake completes our offer. A pretty pedal boat with room for 5 people is moored there and can be used free of charge by all our guests. Canoes and kayaks can be rented in the village and moored at our jetty so that you can set sail again at any time.

If you would like to bring your own bicycles or rent them in the village (including e-bikes), you can lock them in our garage.

The outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge, and the landing stage for the "white fleet" (Rursee boat trip) can be reached in approx. 30 minutes on foot, always passing the lakeshore.
Rurberg offers various cafés, 1 bistro at the bathing lake, 1 snack bar with ice cream parlor, 1 kiosk with snack bar and grill, 2 hotels with gastronomy. All with their own charm and offer.
5 minutes away by car there are several possibilities to buy fresh bread rolls every day.
In Einruhr and Woffelsbach there are other interesting restaurants and cafés that you can reach by boat, car or on foot.

10 minutes away by car, in Simmerath, there are numerous supermarkets and beverage stores, discount stores, pharmacies, doctors and a hospital. Of course, there are also various restaurants, snack bars, cafés, ice cream parlors and nice stores for clothing etc.

Would you like to do more than just enjoy the lake and the forests of the national park? How about a trip to Monschau, Simonskall, Nideggen, Heimbach, Aachen .... and various wildlife parks.

We have prepared a great information folder for you, collected brochures and are of course also happy to help you personally with tips and recommendations. Even before you arrive!

Please note: Access to the bedrooms on the upper floor is not barrier-free. Access to the Kleine Fuchslöchern is also not barrier-free and can only be reached via stairs.

    Our flat roof bungalow, Bauhaus style, is situated in a quiet blind-alley next to the forest. Through the beautiful hillside , the view may freely wander over the wooded green valley across to the old town and the castle. The upper floor we inhabit; there are our offices. The lower floors exclusively for our holiday guests.We rent two completely separated apartments, can be booked individually or also together.

    Our family-run Landhotel Lamberty is located in the charming Eifel village of Niederkail, a small community in the vacation region of Wittlich Stadt & Land, in the heart of the wild and romantic southern Eifel. The popular long-distance hiking trails Eifelsteig and Karl-Kaufmann-Weg can be reached within a few minutes walk. Our lovingly landscaped country house garden offers plenty of space and opportunity for relaxation and sociable summer evenings. About 16 km along forest-lined curves over the country road you reach the Säubrenner city of Wittlich, faster is the freeway A 60 / exit Wittlich-West. Here you will find the train station in the Wengerohr district with very good connections to Koblenz/Cologne and Trier. We will gladly organize the transfer from the train station as well as from / to the Eifelsteig to our Landhotel Lamberty for you.
