Description HausAcht incl. KleinHausAcht (both units) The HausAcht (cosy guesthouse from the 60s) has been serving as a modern conference and leisure centre for almost 20 years. In 2016, the KleinHausAcht was added as a barrier-free extension. As a group house, up to 35 guests can use the house in various ways. Under the slogan "A whole house to live in", the house is available for children and youth groups, " large families " and working groups, hiking groups, motorcycle groups and company trips. The HausAcht is only rented to one group at a time, who can use all rooms on their own. The large kitchen (optionally for self-sufficiency) 4 lounges (incl. rustic taproom) offer plenty of room for creativity. 11 bedrooms (almost all with shower and WC) for 31 guests offer a pleasant privacy. The group house can accommodate up to 31 people. As from 32 persons, the KleinHausAcht (extension) is automatically rented. On request, a smaller group can also be divided into a group house and a KleinHausAcht (extension). You can discuss this with your host. The low barrier KleinHausAcht can be rented integratively. This extension on the level of the HausAcht recreation rooms offers 2 additional bedrooms for 4 guests, an entrance hall with kitchenette and a large bathroom with barrier-free equipment. Up to 3 wheelchair users can get along here. More details under the descriptions „HausAcht – Group House“ and „KleinHausAcht – Extension / Apartment“ Furthermore, the house has a laundry room, sufficient storage cellar and 10 car parking spaces, which also offer space for a coach. Various sun terraces as well as 2 small meadows round off the surroundings. Grill possibilities, a table tennis table, a television and free WIFI are available. For the guests in the HausAcht - group house Beckmanns cook service is available on request for an individual part or full board.

For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the apartment is an ideal starting point for many hiking and cycling tours through beautiful Eifel landscapes. Circular hiking trails in the immediate vicinity from 6 to 22 km can be found under Wanderwelt-Nordeifel/Eifelschleifen and Wanderwelt-Nordeifel/Eifelspuren. 4 stages of the Eifelsteig are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Cyclists will find 16 themed circular tours in the Eifel cycle loops to explore the North Eifel by bike. With the new cycle junction system, you can plan your own tours. Further information can be found on the homepage of Nordeifel Tourismus GmbH and in the tour planner of Outdooractive.Not far away runs the Kyllrad, Ahrrad, Erft cycle path and the Eifel Heights Route. The Eifel National Park and the nearby Olef, Urft and Rur dams invite you to take a trip. It is not far to the romantic Ahr valley or to the pretty towns of Bad Münstereifel and Monschau. Sports and leisure facilities, such as a go-kart track in Schmidtheim (8km), a gyrofoil flight on the Dahlemer Binz (8km), climbing facility on Lake Kronenburg (14 km), a game reserve with a bird of prey station in Hellenthal are not far away. Idyllic hillside location. 2017/2018 renovated and lovely furnished holiday flat in a 2 family house.  The house has a good position overlooking the valley. Fully equipped for 6 people. Guests are not permitted to have more than two pets.
