The holiday apartment is located in a flower-adorned half-timbered courtyard on the 1st floor with a loft studio.The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

Eifel farmhouse with charm Completely modernised and 4-star certified holiday home for sole use. Our house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts for beautiful and relaxing holidays. With us, you can discover the Eifel and its many attractions with up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and feel right at home. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Thür and has a living space of approx. 90 sqm including laundry room and garage. It offers space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. If required, you have the possibility to put up an additional travel cot. The building has a front and a rear courtyard for your sole use, separated by a gate. In the front area there is a bench to sit on, in the back area there is garden furniture with a dining table and 7-way adjustable garden chairs and a parasol for your stay. Via the entrance door you reach the hallway with wardrobe on the ground floor. Here you will also find the dining area with a generously equipped modern kitchen. In addition to a ceramic hob, raised oven and dishwasher, you will also find numerous little helpers such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tea maker, microwave, hand blender, hand blender and radio. The living room with LCD TV 55" SONO box and sideboard with cupboards, coffee table, a recliner and a sofa bed is adjacent. The modern bathroom has a window, a shower including a rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and a small cupboard for your utensils. For each person booked, we provide you with 2 small towels and a shower towel as well as small hotel cosmetics. On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, which is equipped with a window and a full-length mirror. The first room is suitable for one person and has a modern single bed measuring 0.90 metres by 2.00 metres. For your comfort, we have equipped all rooms with special mattresses that offer a 2-sided use option. When booking, you can specify whether you would like to sleep hard or soft. When you arrive, the mattress and bedding will already be prepared and ready for you. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a bedside table with alarm clock and bedside lamp. Through the hallway you enter another room, which is a passage room and was furnished by us as a 2nd living room. The furnishings include a table and a sofa, a desk with desk chair and reading lamp as well as a small sideboard and an LCD TV. Behind the room is the large bedroom with a double bed. The two mattresses of 1.00 metre by 2.00 metre size also offer 2-sided use. Further equipment includes a 6-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an alarm clock and a clothes valet. For safekeeping of your valuables you will find a small safe. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the laundry room, which has two windows and is located in an extra room next to the building. Here you will also find clothes drying racks. Cleaning utensils, hoover, ironing board and iron. For your comfort, the windows of the entire house have electric shutters and the radiators have digital thermostats.
