Dining area with space for 5 people; a high chair is also available if needed.

In the living area, there is a large flat-screen TV. Two sofa beds offer additional space for guests.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower; a washing machine and dryer are also available.

In the outdoor area, there is a cozy seating area and a charcoal grill available. Existing playground equipment, a trampoline, and children's vehicles may be used. In summer, pool use is also possible.

Assuring a stress-free arrival, are the already made beds waiting for you to relax in, as well as the towels, robes and slippers, making you feel at home.This apartments close proximity to hiking- and cycling trails, for example the Eifelsteig, Moselradweg, Kylltalradweg or a part of the jakobuspath, make this apartment a perfect fit for everyone seeking adventures during their vacation.Another advantage is its closeness to Germany´s oldest city, Trier, and also the neighbouring Luxemburg, enabling you to make a lot of nice daytrips, without any struggles.
