We warmly welcome you in our lovingly, comfortably furnished apartments. In our house on the sunny side of Lutzerath you expect two cozy apartments. The quiet and idyllic location with unobstructed views of the Eifel invites you to relax and unwind. Ideal for hikers, cyclists and excursions in the Volcanic Eifel or the nearby Moselle Valley. Our holiday home is located in the middle of the Eifel village of Bermel, which was built on a volcanic slope and where the Romans left their traces. Bermel is idyllically nestled between woods and meadows, an ideal starting point to explore the Eifel on foot, by bike, motorbike or by car. Numerous leisure activities make our area a wonderful holiday region at any time of the year. The house was renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail and impresses with the use of natural building materials.   The nearest town of Mayen, as well as the Nürburgring, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The maars of the Volcanic Eifel are in the immediate vicinity and offer perfect cooling on hot summer days. The "Hochbermeler" dream trail starts right on the doorstep and other dream trails in the surrounding area are within easy reach.

General: The three-room apartment is located in the 2nd row (30 m - street) on the first floor of a two-family house. The house was built by the owner in 2004 and was occupied by family members until the end of 2022. The first floor apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and is now offered as a vacation apartment. The apartment: Family-friendly and modern furnished 75 m² non-smoking apartment with living/dining room, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large bathroom, storage/ pantry, garden furniture in the driveway with a small green area and a parking space for two cars next to the house. Furnishings: The apartment is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living room you will find a cozy corner sofa (also suitable for sleeping) with matching coffee table and a wall unit, satellite TV with HDMI connection, stereo system with radio, games and books are also there. The adjoining dining area is equipped with an extendable dining table for 6-8 chairs. The kitchen, in which you will find a stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, Tchibo capsule machine, refrigerator, kettle and basic cooking equipment. The living room faces south. In the driveway you will find a garden table with seating. The two bedrooms face northwest and northeast. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed with new slatted frames and cold foam mattresses (sizes: 2.00 x 1.80 m and 2.00 x 1.00 m respectively) as well as wardrobes and chests of drawers.
