Experience an unforgettable holiday in our charming village of Baasem, surrounded by a breathtaking rural setting. Our holiday apartment offers you a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. The location of Baasem is unique as it is located in the border triangle between Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. Take advantage of this ideal location to take day trips to three different countries and discover the cultural and scenic highlights of this region. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will love Baasem. Rolling hills, green meadows and picturesque forests offer numerous opportunities for walks, hikes and bike or motorbike tours. Your pet is also welcome by arrangement. We provide you with a carport and an additional parking space. If you bring bicycles with you, we can offer you a lockable parking space on request. The apartment is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged by arrangement. Our price is €80/day for up to two people with a minimum of 2 nights, each additional person is charged at €10/day and for pets we charge €5/day. The final cleaning costs €60.The price includes all additional costs as well as bed linen and towels.Our holiday apartment is also available to fitters and tradesmen. This spacious vacation home (55m²) is located on the edge of the Eifel National Park and only a 15-minute walk from Lake Rursee.From the balcony you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel. The apartment has two bedrooms with a king-size double bed (2 x 2 meters) and two single beds.

The ‘Cinema Forst holiday flat’, which was completely renovated in 2024, has approx. 105m² of living space and a garden of around 360m² with barbecue facilities and an outdoor shower for private use. A dedicated home cinema with a 108-inch screen and powerful sound system, as well as a private library with over 1000 books, make for an exceptional holiday. Underfloor heating, bathtub, walk-in shower and a starry sky in the bedroom make dreams come true.
