<p>We warmly welcome you to our vacation home in Volkesfeld in the Eifel. Our vacation home is located on a sunny hillside on the "Äppelsberg" in the middle of the beautiful low mountain range landscape. The vacation home is currently still under construction and will be available from April 2022. Photos of the apartments will therefore follow shortly.</p> <p>The dream path "Heidehimmel" runs directly behind the house, which you can access directly from the garden of the house. You can reach other hiking trails via the Traumpfad. The house is therefore the perfect starting point for hikes or bike tours. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) there is a bathing lake, the Waldsee Rieden with two beautifully situated restaurants directly on the lake.</p> <p>The house has a total of 4 apartments with separate entrance doors. All apartments have a size of approx. 62 m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. The apartments on the first floor have a large terrace, while the two apartments on the upper floor each have two balconies. One balcony faces east and one balcony faces west. The North Eifel has a very varied landscape to offer: Bizarre rock formations, meadows, fields, forests, reservoirs, streams and rivers. Coming from the direction of Vlatten, you drive past meadows and fields. The road now leads down into the mountain and forest region of Heimbach. Cycling and hiking in this magnificent landscape is a special experience, as a new view opens up at every bend in the road. Experience this landscape with its many possibilities.

With its historic facade on the market square, our hotel is part of the historic cityscape. The interior of the house is modern, cozy and comfortable. Our guests enjoy the central and quiet location of the city center. Wittlich is the county seat and the ideal starting point for excursions to the Eifel, the Moselle and the cities of Trier and Luxembourg. We have 48 beds in total.

Time for You Come to us at the Rübchen when you want to treat your body and soul to something nice. We cook purely plant-based meals according to the 5 elements of traditional Chinese medicine. Listen to the gurgling of the stream that flows behind our courtyard. Take advantage of the yoga and meditation offerings. Enjoy long walks or visit one of the nearby wellness oases. Accommodation Historical timber framing and natural colors give the "Pilgrim Room" its special charm. A staircase leads up to the approximately 30 square meter room. There are a total of four beds in two areas. A small toilet with a sink is directly attached. The shower and another toilet/sink can be found on the ground floor. Towels are available for you. On the ground floor, there is also the common room, which is our dining and community area, complete with a fireplace, television, and board games. Our rooms are designed according to Feng Shui principles. Sleeping Naturally Our minimalist, metal-free beds made from solid beech, as well as our "software" consisting of vegan mattresses, protectors, comforters, and pillows are sourced from Neonatura/Futonwerk in Dortmund. The mattresses are made from natural latex and, like the pillows, are encased in washable covers made from organic cotton. The pillows are filled with latex flakes. Our bed linens are made from pure cotton from the company Erwin Müller. The bathroom textiles made from organic cotton come from the traditional German company Ross. Food At Rübchen, everything is freshly cooked and we only serve plant-based products. We source these, among other things, from organic farms in the vicinity. We use high-quality products and cook exclusively in an ecological manner. Our SONNENTOR tea station with various organic teas is always available for you. Time for You Grab a cup of tea and discover your favorite spot. Enjoy the chirping of birds, the buzzing of bees, and the gentle gurgling of the stream that flows right behind the Rübchen. Meditate or practice your yoga in a airy space with heated oak wood flooring. Or book one of our lovingly designed retreats, where many services are already included! Retreats We love animals! Bring your couch potato along and come together to the Eifel! Here, you will enjoy freshly cooked, healthy meals every day. And we will do something together for both body and mind. Meditation, yoga, walking, hiking, table tennis. Whatever it is, everything is twice as fun together, and you're much more motivated! Our retreats are held with a minimum of 1-6 participants.
