Our spacious basement apartment offers 100 m² (large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, modern, senior-friendly bathroom) for a maximum of 6 people. A laundry/storage room including washing machine and a sunny terrace are also available. The dream path "Nette-Schiefer-Pfad" starts right on the doorstep, the Rhine and Moselle with their castles and palaces, the volcano park Osteifel and the famous Maria Laach Abbey as well as the Maifelder cycle path and other attractive dream paths are in the immediate vicinity.

The mill is located directly on the Traumpfad "Hatzenporter Laysteig" in the lower Mosel region between Koblenz and Cochem, near Eltz Castle. In the middle of nature, the mill is surrounded by streams, forest and meadows. 3 stylish luxury holiday apartments provide a sophisticated atmosphere of a 4-star level. An ideal starting point directly from the mill for diverse half or whole day tours. Discover adventurous ravines, wild romantic castles and let yourself drift along the numerous streams. Welcome home! The holiday house which was extensively renovated is located in the middle of the castle park. It offers a perfect holiday destination for families and nature lovers. In this 250 qm² wonderfully renovated house you will find enough personal space to really relax.

Our modern and lovingly designed apartment with a size of 110 sqm for up to 6 people + 1 toddler is located on the 1st floor. Upper floor in a quiet location. It has two balconies (12 and 5 square meters). The large southwest balcony is equipped with balcony furniture, electric awning and barbecue. There you can enjoy the sun until the evening. All rooms are flooded with light, spacious and furnished to a high standard. A car parking space and a bicycle garage are available. Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bicycle tours. In the immediate vicinity are the Maifeld cycle path, Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle with the award-winning dream paths "Eltzer Burgpanorama" and "Pyrmonter Felsensteig" as well as the dream area "Paradiesweg". The Moselle and Rhine valleys, the Laacher See, the Eifelmaare, the geyser in Andernach and the beautiful cities of Koblenz and Mayen can be reached in a short time. In our village there is a bakery with farm shop (distance about 100m). There are also two restaurants, the "Alte Remise-Boulodrome" and the "Route House". Within a radius of 3 to 5 km there is a very diverse gastronomy. There you can enjoy German country house cuisine as well as Greek, Italian or Croatian cuisine. About 1.5 km away is an alpaca ranch, where an outdoor picnic can be booked with the animals in the pasture. Whether as a couple, family with children or as a business trip, our apartment offers everyone a comfortable and cosy temporary home. We look forward to welcoming you to the "Tuscany of the Eifel"!

The quaint building from the 16th century originally served as a sexton's yard and village school. We acquired the house in April 2021 and spent more than 1.5 years extensively renovating, refurbishing and modernizing it in close coordination with the monument authority, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambience.
