The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, and you can go fishing and boating at the lake. The wooded hills with a well-signposted network of hiking trails offer great views. Mountain bikers and paragliders also get their money's worth. There is a tennis court in Obermaubach. You can hike the educational wine trail or climb the path to the forest chapel, watch the fish ladder or use the exciting Rurufer cycle path. The apartments are suitable for 4 or 5 people. It is located directly at the confluence of the "Our" and the "Sauer", an ideal starting point for hikes, bicycle mountain bike tours or Nordic walking in the "Müllerthal", or the extensive forest area between Wallendorf and Bollendorf. There are plenty of opportunities for fishing in both rivers. Our campsite is ideal for families with children. Horse riding is available nearby. A small campfire by the water is also possible. A highlight of every vacation is a canoe trip on the Sauer. Canoes and mountain bikes can be hired on site. Should the weather not play along, there are many sightseeing opportunities in the surrounding area. Although centrally located, our campsite is a very quiet place. We pay attention to a friendly atmosphere. Our sanitary facilities meet the most modern requirements, cleanliness is a matter of course! A disabled washroom and baby changing room, washing machine and dryer are available. There are two playgrounds and a table tennis table for our younger guests. Fresh bread rolls can be ordered daily from the campsite warden. Overnight accommodation is also available in the adjoining inn and restaurant "am Häffchen" (Tel. 06566-932866). We offer 3 caravans for hire on the campsite itself. In the high season we offer an attractive entertainment program for children.

Nürburgring guests can reach the start and finish area after approx. 7 km, the old Nordschleife in the area of the Adenauer Forest / Fuchsröhre / Schwedenkreuz after approx. 1.5 km on foot. The house has an apartment for up to 5 people with the possibility of an extra bed for up to 6 people and a double room / shower / WC. WLAN is available throughout the house.
