The historic boiler house is built into the Rur. The spacious living room is completely glazed on the river side and stylishly furnished. The open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. Parking spaces directly at the house. Two terraces with a view of the Rur.

The vacation home is located directly on the Rur, in the middle of the forest, 8 minutes' walk from the old town.
