Familiennest-Eifel

Our vacation home is designed from the ground up to be family and child-friendly: Numerous play facilities in and in front of the house as well as a large garden for running around, playing and relaxing ensure that the little ones feel at home straight away - and parents can relax and enjoy their Eifel vacation with children. Because we know from our own experience: When the children are happy, the vacation begins for the parents too.

The vacation apartment is at ground level in a detached house, was freshly renovated in October 2025 and offers a wonderful view of the countryside from the living and dining area. The house is for the sole use of the guests. Only the cellar rooms are not part of the rental and are therefore locked. Uedelhoven is a quiet part of Blankenheim with a restaurant, a playground within walking distance and many hiking trails. It offers the ideal starting point for your family vacation in the Eifel.

    Your vacation home is open for you and has been renovated with our future guests in mind. In the middle of the village, in a quiet location, stands our detached house, in which the apartment is located on the 1st floor. It offers you a quiet and cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. Two parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The garage can also be used to store bicycles or several motorcycles. If necessary, you can buy groceries and other household items in a small discount store in Kottenheim. In a neighboring town, a large supermarket also sells many items for people with gluten and/or lactose intolerance. In a nearby town, there is also a hospital for emergencies, as well as practicing doctors from various specialties. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home Marika. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the property.

    The newly renovated apartment with new barrier-free bathroom is with separate entrance. It is located on the outskirts of Bitburg in a very quiet location, yet only a 10-minute walk from the center.Direct connection to the cycling and hiking trail.

    Rural, warm, quiet and beautifully situated in the Eifel on the edge of the national park. Family-owned since 1924, it is now run by the 4th generation and the 5th generation is already waiting in the wings. The "Schenke" with its cozy atmosphere has been preserved in its original form. The warm ambience lets you linger even after your meal. Here you can chat, play a game or simply enjoy a glass of wine ... Approx. 40 seats - everyone will find their favorite corner here. The restaurant seats around 45 people. Nevertheless, you will find modern comfort in the 12 individually and lovingly furnished hotel rooms. Various garden terraces around the house invite you to dream, enjoy or simply relax ... an oasis in spring and summer. The cuisine, which is characterized by local products, has always grown with the demands of our guests, always striving to offer quality and regional dishes. You won't find any showy cuisine with lots of frills here, but a down-to-earth, clear and honest way of cooking. Arrive and take a deep breath in the Talschenke.
