In the charming Eifelstuben you will find the ideal accommodation to create lasting, beautiful memories. The Eifelstuben include the 6-bed Burg holiday home and the 10-bed Maar holiday home.

The Maar holiday home can be booked online as three individual holiday apartments, the Stollenstube, Burgstube and Maarstube, or as an entire holiday home on request.

You can collect very special experiences and moments in Ulmen and the surrounding area. You will explore hiking trails that are second to none. You will ride mountain bike routes that will put a smile on your face for a long time.
You will go on excursions to beautiful places that will impress you.

Holiday home Maar is, as the name suggests, in the old, historic center of Ulmen. The center of the village, the Alte Postplatz, with small shops and restaurants, is only 50 m away, the maar is 50 m straight ahead, the castle 100 m and thus the entrance to wonderful hiking trails and mountain bike routes.
You either live in the maar parlor, directly under the roof with a view of the maar from the dormer windows, or in the castle parlor below, where you can feel the charm of the knights in a comfortable, rustic interior or in the small studio, the gallery parlor, which is on the ground floor and has a very special flair thanks to its rear wall.
After a day of hiking or mountain biking, you can relax in the infrared cabin and then enjoy the evening with a barbecue in the courtyard and let the day fade away.

Maarstube and Burgstube have 2-4 beds, the Stollenstube can be booked for singles or couples who like it cozy.

The holiday home Burg, the so-called Ritterstube, offers you a single apartment for 2-6 people or you have the house to yourself and a very special setting. Completely renovated in 2021, the venerable walls under the ruins of Ulmen Castle offer the best possible comfort paired with princely elegance. They sleep in four-poster beds and reside above the roofs of Ulmen. Perfect for the honeymoon! You have the house to yourself and can get to know each other even better.

Enjoy your breakfast in the light-flooded kitchen-cum-living-room with a view over the roofs to fields, forests and meadows, end the day with a barbecue in the courtyard or treat yourself to a few relaxing, cozy hours with games or reading in the cozy living room.
Maar, Burg, Alter Postplatz are only 350 m away on foot from the Ritterstube.

Since 2004, the farm has been carefully renovated and lovingly designed with dedication and respect for the listed buildings. With a total of 9 fully furnished apartments, designed for stays of 4 nights or more, Hof Grindelborn offers its guests a special ambience. Each apartment has a high-quality branded fitted kitchen and modern furniture. The "Herrenhaus", "Kleine Auszeit" and "Schöne Aussicht" apartments even have their own small spa area for additional relaxation. The courtyard invites you to linger and relax with a small park behind the property. Since 2024, we have been offering relaxation treatments and cosmetics for our guests in our own DaySpa. From December 2024, great regional wines will be presented for tasting in the new small vinotheque. Our own vinotheque offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a careful selection of regional wines in a cozy atmosphere and to find out about the special features of the wines from the region.     Our holiday home Brücker Mühle is looking forward to your visit. Life is good in the small village of Brück with just 280 inhabitants. Everyone knows everyone and guests are always welcome. Our holiday home was renovated in 2022, energy-efficient shell with KfW50 equipment, pellet heating according to the efficiency house standard and solar power is just as natural for us as a wallbox for our holiday guests. We attach particular importance to renewable energies. All flats have been renovated, and new beechwood stairs and new bathrooms are a matter of course. You can really slow down with us. The clattering of hooves and the crowing of roosters are just as much a part of our mill estate as the ringing of the bells of our village church, which reminds us every lunchtime at 11.30 a.m. of the approaching meal time. Pure idyll and a good remedy against stress and hectic. And if you want, you can bring your own horse, we always keep a few guest boxes free for this.
